The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office is investigating a possible DUI after a three–car accident Sunday night.

It happened near the Waverly Interchange just before 8 p.m.

Deputies say a Jeep was going eastbound on Highway 6 when it was struck by a Ford pick–up heading towards I–80 west, causing the Jeep to hit another car.

They say the driver and passenger in the jeep were taken to the hospital, but their injuries aren't serious.

Deputies say the driver of the Ford pick–up may have been intoxicated. They're still investigating.
