Police say two brothers got into a dispute over a video game that turned violent. It happened around 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Officials say 18-year-old Luke Marshall was playing a video game with a friend when he was told to be quite by his older brother.

Once his friend left, they say Marshall got very upset, grabbing a double headed medieval ax, and striking his older brother with it.

The 21-year-old victim suffered cuts to his right wrist and right leg, and needed 8 stitches.

Marshall was arrested for 2nd degree Assault, Terroristic Threats, and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.
