The Husker senior football players aren't the only ones ending their time with the Big Red on New Year's day.

For Nebraska twirler, Rachel Foehlinger, it will be her last Husker performance.

"Lots of different emotions but definitely bittersweet," says Foehlinger

Foehlinger is the end of a legacy, three of her siblings twirled for Nebraska.

Foehlinger says, "I have enjoyed every last moment here, it's been really special."

The baton is literally being passed to freshman Morgan Miller.

"It's time for someone else to have this amazing experience I got to have for five years," says Foehlinger.

The senior's last performance will be in front of tens of thousands of fans, including the Webers.

Who, thanks to Santa will attend their first ever Husker game.

"He got us five tickets to the gator bowl and I didn't have any Nebraska gear so we got all of our Nebraska gear as well," says father Reid Weber.

It will be a day of first and last for these die hard Huskers.

The Huskers will take on the Georgia Bulldogs in the Taxslayer.com Gator Bowl, New Year's day at 11a.m. central time.
