Lincoln Police have made an arrest in a stabbing incident from Friday night.

Police say two brothers got into an argument at a home in the 2900 block of N. 51 Street just after 7 p.m.

They say the suspect, 27-year-old Steven Caldwell, was upset and intoxicated, and the two brothers began to trade punches.

Police then say Caldwell grabbed a knife, and stabbed his 32-year-old brother in the abdomen. He was taken to the hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Caldwell was arrested for second degree assault.
