Johnson County teacher accused of sexually assaulting student

(Lincoln, Neb.)- A Johnson County Central High school teacher has been arrested for sexually assaulting a student.

The Nebraska State Patrol says an investigation, in conjunction with the Johnson County Sheriff's Office and the Johnson County Attorney has led to the arrest of 24-year-old Carrie Miller of Tecumseh.

 On Monday, January 27, information was provided to investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol and Johnson County Sheriff's Office regarding allegations of a sexual relationship between a teacher and a male student at the school.

Miller was arrested on Tuesday by the Johnson County Sheriff's Office.

Miller, a high school Spanish teacher at JCC, was lodged in the Johnson County Jail on charges to include Sexual Assault and Enticement by Electronic Communications Device.
