Winter Storm Watch issued for southeastern Neb.

Snow is on the way for most of Nebraska beginning late Monday evening.
A winter storm watch is in effect for parts of southeastern Nebraska from late Monday into early Wednesday morning.  Snow is expected to begin in southern parts of the state Monday evening before spreading to the northeast.
The heaviest snowfall is expected Tuesday morning and afternoon, with 5-8 inches possible in extreme southeastern Nebraska, 3-6 inches along/south of Interstate 80, then 1-3" north of the I-80 corridor.
Winds are expected to pick up Tuesday afternoon out of the northeast, gusting up to 30 mph at times.  Blowing snow, drifting and reduced visibilities are possible along with slick roadways.
