Jagercor Energy Private Placement

February 14, 2014 / ACCESSWIRE / Vancouver, British Columbia. Jagercor Energy Corp. (JEM:CSE) ( the “Company” or “Jagercor”) wishes to announce the negotiation of a non‐brokered private placement through the issuance of up to 8,000,000 Units at a price of $0.20 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $1,600,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant exercisable at the price of $0.40 for one year after closing of the financing. The shares and warrants will be subject to a four month hold period. The proceeds of the financing will be used for the Company’s general working capital.
