SHELBY, Neb. (AP) _ Authorities have identified the man found dead inside a grain bin near Shelby.

Polk County Sheriff Dwaine Ladwig says employees found the body of 30-year-old Jeremy Zavodsky at around 8 a.m. Monday in a bin a block away from the United Farmer's Cooperative main office in Shelby. Ladwig says Zavodsky was not a cooperative employee, and his death is being investigated.

Sheriff's investigators say they do not suspect foul play at this time.

According to Zavodsky's obituary, he left behind a wife and five children.  A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, April 5, at 2 p.m. at the Gass Haney Funeral Home.
