(AP) Work is scheduled to begin Sunday night on a 28-mile stretch of Interstate 80 in eastern Nebraska.

The Nebraska Roads Department says the work will include bridge, pavement and culvert repairs and asphalt overlay. The project runs from Waco, Exit 360, west to Hampton, Exit 332.

Most of the work will be done between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. Motorists can expect lane closures and lower speeds.

The project is expected to be finished by November.
