A bystander helps police make a quick arrest in a south Lincoln neighborhood.
Police say 59–year–old Katherine Bozell demanded cash from an employee at a restaurant near 11th and G streets a little before 8:30 Tuesday night, saying she had a gun. When they didn't comply, she left immediately, and entered a neighboring coffee shop.
Police say she repeated her threat and the clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of cash. She then fled to a nearby apartment.
With the help of a bystander, police found and arrested Bozell about two blocks away from the scene of the crime.
No injuries were reported, and no weapon was found on Bozell.
