Gletow discusses the mission to brighten the lives of children in foster care & at-risk youth
Wayne, PA (PRWEB) July 02, 2014
BetterWorldians Radio today announced that Danielle Gletow, founder of One Simple Wish, was a guest on the weekly Internet radio show. BetterWorldians Radio inspires with the people and ideas that are making the world a better place. The show featuring Gletow aired on Thursday, June 26th and is now available via podcast on the VoiceAmerica Variety Channel (http://BetterWorldiansRadio.com).
One Simple Wish is a non-profit organization that grants wishes for children in foster care across the United States. During her appearance on BetterWorldians Radio, Gletow discussed the Ultimate Wish Tour, a journey across the US to attempt to make the ultimate wish come true for 75 legally-free foster kids: a forever family. The tour runs from the end of June until the beginning of August.
BetterWorldians Radio co-host MarySue Hansell said, We are proud to make One Simple Wish our charity partner for the month of July in our game on Facebook, A Better World, to support the Ultimate Wish Tour. Once our players complete 500,000 good deeds within the game, we will grant big wishes for three children who are featured on the tour.
"One Simple Wish is thrilled to have the support of BetterWorldians Radio and A Better World and the loving community they represent. All children deserve to be raised in a loving, supportive home and we feel honored to be traveling the country on the Ultimate Wish Tour to help find this for 75 amazing kids," said Gletow.

About Danielle Gletow
In 2006, Danielle and her husband, Joe, became foster adoptive parents in NJ and since then their lives changed forever. Danielle and Joe fell in love with the children they met in the foster care system and vowed to create a way for more people to support children whove been victims of abuse and neglect in the US. Believing that these children deserved their voices, Danielle and Joe invested their own money in creating One Simple Wish in 2008 and have since become passionate advocates for children in foster care and those that have been impacted by the system. In March 2013, Danielle was named a Top 10 CNN Hero for her work supporting kids in foster care. Danielle is a frequent presenter at events throughout the country focusing on foster care, childrens rights and social innovation. Learn more at http://UltimateWish.org.
