WAVERLY, Neb. (AP) _ Prosecutors have decided not to prosecute a Nebraska teacher accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old student.
27-year-old Seth Styskal had turned himself in to Lancaster County deputies and was briefly jailed in April. But on Wednesday, the county attorney's office said there was not enough evidence to charge Styskal with third-degree sexual assault.
Court documents say the girl told her mother that she stayed after classes at Waverly High School in late January or early February to get some homework. She said a conversation with Styskal turned ``flirty'' and said he'd started playing footsie with her.
