Lincoln, Neb. - The Nebraska football team practiced in full pads and helmets for just over two and a half hours Wednesday afternoon. The offense worked inside the Hawks Championship Center while the defense practiced inside the Cook Pavilion.

Offensive Coordinator Danny Langsdorf spoke to the media following practice to address the progress of the offense as it rolls through its second week of preparation for Indiana following the bye week. He explained that the extra week off was just what the Huskers needed to recuperate from a few injuries.

"This time of year, everyone is a little banged up, so you are just trying to make sure that the bye [week] was good for us to get some rehab and some rest." Langsdorf said. "I think everybody is trying to get themselves as much rehab and be back to 100 percent as they can."

Langsdorf expressed his confidence in senior quarterback Tommy Armstrong Jr. coming off of a few minor bumps and bruises.

"I think he is just coming off of that, so we just have got to make sure he is healthy." Langsdorf said. "But I think he ran around pretty well today... I thought he practiced well."

Langsdorf went on to talk about the strengths that he sees in Indiana's defense.

"A lot of pressure and lot of good disguised coverages, I think that is what they do well." Langsdorf said. "They give you a lot of change-ups. They don't just line up and stand there. They move around, which makes it hard on the quarterback."

No. 10 Nebraska will be back in action on Saturday when the Huskers travel to Bloomington, Ind., to take on a 3-2 Indiana team that has already upset one ranked opponent this season. Game time for the Nebraska-Indiana contest is set for 2:30 p.m. CT.
