LFR responds to trailer engulfed in flames

Lincoln Fire and Rescue is on scene of a reported explosion and fire in a trailer near 2nd and Belmont, in north Lincoln.

A neighbor said they heard a loud boom and called police. They say the trailer home was fully engulfed in flames.

According to scanner reports, no one was found inside the home in an initial search. Witnesses say the man who lives in the trailer was remodeling his trailer. Black Hills is also on scene.

Fire crews are still on scene and are investigating the cause.
