Hannah Huston’s voice captured the nation, but it was bred right here in the Cornhusker state.

Huston is living out her dream thanks to the TV show “The Voice.”

She finished last season in the top four.

Now, Huston has an opportunity to come back as an alumna and perform her original song “I Alone Have Loved You.”

She's one of three finalists, but she needs your votes again to be number one.

"You can see me perform it on the show again, which would be really fun just to return to the show that really gave me the launch in this music world. They're my family now, so it would be really fun to go back,” Singer and Songwriter Hannah Huston said.

The Grand Island singer has been writing music, traveling a lot and even has a Christmas concert with other Lincoln acts at the Bourbon Theatre this month.

She said “The Voice” opened a lot of doors for her.

"It was really life alternating. I mean it really gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. I worked with Pharrell and all these other big name artists and you just think this is never going to happen,” Huston said.

The deadline to vote is this Wednesday, which you do so by using official "The Voice" app.

If chosen, Huston will appear on the voice finale on Dec. 6.

She said Nebraska was her greatest support system and she's relying on you again.

"It’s really exciting. It's something I always wanted to do  and now I have the opportunity to do it and Nebraska is such a welcoming place and people who really come alongside you and support you in your dreams,” Huston said.
