41-year-old Javier Saloman was ticketed on several charges including flashing a gun during an argument.

Police say the incident happened Friday around 4:00 p.m. A semi truck driver was pulling into a parking lot with Saloman, driving a pickup, pulled in front of him. Both drivers exited their vehicles and began arguing. The victim says Saloman then got a handgun from his truck and held it down by his right leg.

That's when the victim called police. Saloman was located shortly after and cited for possession of a weapon, disturbing the peace, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saloman did not go to jail.
