PAPILLION, Neb. (AP) - An Omaha woman who was drunk when she caused a crash that killed a 15-year-old girl in eastern Nebraska last year has been sentenced to 40 to 50 years in prison.

Television station KETV reports that 22-year-old Paige Seaton was sentenced Thursday in a Sarpy County courtroom.

Prosecutors say Seaton had a blood alcohol level of .18 - more than twice the legal limit - at the time of the Oct. 4 crash on state Highway 50. Seaton was already on probation for another DUI at the time of the crash.

The collision killed 15-year-old Alexandra Linscott, of Eagle, who was passenger in her mother's car. Her mother, 48-year-old Elisa Linscott, was critically injured.
