Take a drive up 13240 West Bluff Road in Malcolm and you will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland.

"I don't hunt and I don't fish, I do Christmas lights," said Magical Lights of Malcolm founder Vinny Bittinger.

Over 125,000 lights deck out Vinny and his wife Maggie's Malcolm home.

They spend months designing and building each years display, then several more months programming and setting each piece up.

Their display isn't just something to look at. By tuning to 90.5 FM on the radio you'll hear the music the lights are synced to.

The couple's love of Christmas lights started when they were young and it's something they love sharing with their community.

"Christmas lights serve as a memory. They'll always be a memory for me and my childhood and seeing the Christmas lights and being able to be apart of making memories for other kids and future kids is very special to us," said Bittinger.

From Scott Frosty the snowman to a traditional nativity scene to elf cut outs you can take photos with, the Bittinger's display has something for the whole family.

The dazzling lights burn bright every night from 6 to 11 p.m.

While enjoying the festive lights onlookers are given the opportunity to support a local organization.

"Every year we try to pick a different community thing to donate to last year we did the field of dreams, we're trying to build a baseball field in Malcolm and this year we've picked those again," said Maggie Bittinger.

Several thousand dollars are generated every year for charity and even more memories are made.

The family says as long as they're having fun their display will always be merry and bright.
