Top 50 Places to Raise Kids For Less

A new study is out from businessweek.com.  The website released its list of top 50 places to raise kids for less.  Out of those 50 places, 11 towns from Nebraska made the cut.

Writer Doug MacMillin says the website was looking for towns with tight knit communities and good schools, among other things.  The website started with a list of 25,000 towns and narrowed it down to 50.  Out of all 50 states, Nebraska had the most towns listed in the top 50.

If you live in Waverly, congratulations!  Your town is ranked number 6 on the list.  THe other Nebraska towns include Davenport, Arlington, Loomis, Oakland, Diller, New Castle, Patersburg, Bartlett, Lawrence and Arapahoe.

Good job nebraska!
