Monday through Thursday 8:00 to 4:30 and Friday 8:00 to 2:00 Holidays we are closed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Monday through Thursday 9:00 to 4:30 and Friday 9:00 to 12:00. Our phones will be answered by the answering service after business hours.
Patients are seen by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling our office and pressing a "1" for the scheduling department. Scheduling does have voicemail and you are encouraged to leave a detailed message as they return calls throughout the day. Please have all of your pertinent information in front of you when you call, including your current insurance information. Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact our scheduling department to inform them of the need to change your appointment. We will accommodate a reschedule need as best we can, however we encourage you to keep your existing appointment if at all possible.
We understand you may miss your appointment in error. Please contact our office as soon as you can to reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule. At times we may be able to work you back into the schedule, however it may be at the end of the clinic time. In those instances, you will have the option to stay or to reschedule.
We will issue a prescription refill for you when your physician has recommended the refill. Please call your pharmacy and request the refill from them. They will call us for the approval, thereby getting your prescription refill to you in a more timely manner. Prescriptions which have been initially prescribed by a physician other than one of our physicians will not be refilled by Nebraska Pulmonary Specialties, LLC. Please contact the physician who originally prescribed your medication. Prescriptions will only be handled during regular office hours.
