21-year-old Nebraska woman murdered

Lexington police have arrested a 26-year-old man on suspicion of murder. Sgt. Tracy Wolf says officers responding to a call late Sunday night in Lexington found the body of 21-year-old Darcey Lee. She had been shot.

Wolf says David Lastra of Lexington was arrested on several allegations, including second-degree murder, use of a weapon and being a felon in possession of a gun. An autopsy on Lee's body has been scheduled. A Dawson County jail spokeswoman said Lastra remained in custody on Tuesday. Case records don't yet list his attorney's name.
