Pure Barre is coming to Lincoln

Good news for all you fitness fans! There’s a new workout studio coming to town.
It’s called Pure Barre and it will be at South Pointe by this summer. It’s already doing well in omaha and the owners say it’s now creating quite the buzz here in Lincoln.
“We’re getting great feedback from it. People are excited to try something new. It’s a different workout that you see changes within eight classes,” Pure Barre Lincoln co-owner Emma Sodoro said.
Pure barre is an unique, no impact, one–hour workout that’s ballet and pilates inspired.
Owners say it is the fastest, most effective way to tone and change your body.
It’s set to heart pumping music and targets all of those trouble areas including abs, thighs, glutes and arms.
The small classes are what really makes it different.
“I think the community is what really sets it a part. Everyone walks in and feels they’re a part of something bigger and better than themselves and everyone motivates and inspires everyone to become a better version of themselves,” Co-owner Brittany Petersen said.
Construction crews are hard at work trying to get the studio and its fitness boutique ready for the grand opening.
That is set for June 22.
“Construction wise… We’re as you can see in the middle of construction. There’s still a lot of work to be done, but we are on pace to hit our grand opening date. So, we are very excited,” Petersen said.
The grand opening isn’t until June, but there are two promotions going on.
One involves striking a pose in front of the coming soon signs, snapping a photo, then tagging Pure Barre on social media.
