A Beatrice Teenager Dies At A Colorado State Fraternity

The investigation continues at Colorado State University, after a student from Beatrice, Nebraska was found dead in a fraternity house. The body of 19-year old Samantha Spady was found  in the Sigma Pi house over the Labor Day weekend. County coroner's officials in Fort Collins have determined there are no signs of foul play or injury. They say, based on preliminary toxicology tests, it's believed alcohol may have been a factor in the teen's death. The Rocky Mountain news is now reporting Spady had a blood-alcohol level of more than five times the legal limit in Colorado.  It's still not clear what the sophomore business major was doing at the fraternity. CSU officials say they will decide what action to take after the investigation is completed. Spady was a honor student, class president and cheerleader.
