Autopsy Results On Man’s Body Found In Creek

The toxicology results from a body found in October in Lancaster county have been released. 21 year old Dustin Jeune was found dead in a creek near Pioneers's Park at the end of October.

The final autopsy and toxicology results show Jeune's cause of death was an accidential drowning. Jeune also had a blood alcohol level of .140 and had the presence of an antihistamine found in many cold medicines.

The Sheriff's Office reported there was no evidence of foul play and say they don't know how Jeune ended up in the creek.
