Award Could Be Taken Away From Reverend Leach

A prestigious award could be taken away from a Lincoln Reverend who was recently arrested for sexually assaulting a member of a local boy scout troop. The chairman of Lincoln's Commission on Human Rights, Ernesto Castillo, wants the city to rescind the local award that was presented to Reverend Norman Leach in 2002. Mayor Coleen Seng says she's leaving the decision about what to do with Leach's award, in the hands of the commission.. Leach has pleaded not guilty to one count of misdemeanor child sexual assault.
