Baseball Players Leaving Nebraska

Spring cleaning is a part of college baseball, especially for a team that missed the post-season for the first time in six years.

Six players are leaving the Nebraska program. Heading up that list is Junior Outfielder Colin Shockey. Shockey started 53 games for the huskers batting .294 with 27 RBI and zero home runs.

Others leaving include…

Freshman Johnny Bowden, Junior Beau Sullivan, Freshman Pitcher Mathew Pike, Sophomore Pitcher Tim Schoeninger and Freshman Pitcher Brad Furnish asked to leave the program and was given permission.
