Beatrice Man Pleads Not Guilty To Death Of Girlfriend

A man accused of killing his girlfriend has pleaded not-guilty to murder charges in Beatrice.

43-year-old Richard Griswold is accused of shooting 49-year-old Connie Eacret in her home.

The Beatrice woman later died at a Lincoln hospital.

Griswold is charged with first-degree murder and the use of a weapon to commit a felony.

If convicted, he could face life in prison.
