Benefit Planned For Crete Girl

A benefit is being held this Sunday, in honor of a little girl who was killed after a concrete wall fell on top of her. Eight-year-old Alexa Foster was killed at Tuxedo Park in May, as she and her class celebrated the last day of third grade. Officials say Alexa, and some friends, were having a water-gun fight when they went into a bathroom to hide out. That's when a concrete divider wall fell on top of Alexa, killing her. A benefit will be held this Sunday, August first at the College Heights Country Club in Crete. It begins at 1:30.
