Better Business Bureau Urges Care When Shopping On-Line

If you're not careful doing your holiday shopping on-line could cause more headaches than it's worth.  This year, more and more shoppers are loging on for convience. But, the Better Business Bureau says you need to think about the possibility of returns before you buy.

Here are some tips. Get a gift receipt. If you don't have one, contact customer service. Also, sometimes many major retailers will allow you to exchange in the store. But, you'll want to act fast. Many of these stores have a 30 day return policy.  Before you buy you'll want to find out who pays shipping and handling if it needs to be returned.
