Biggest and Most Costly Merger
Its been nearly five years since the biggest hospital merger in the Capital City. November 1, 1997, Bryan Memorial Hospital teamed up with Lincoln General.. To form Bryan-LGH East and West. Now, this historical merger has blossomed into one of the Capital City's biggest and most costly expansions ever. Bryan LGH West has already expanded their parking garage to fit 900 cars. Also, they're in the middle of building a new trauma and mental health center. Hospital officials say all of the projects combined cost roughly 160 million dollars.
