Body found in Papillion park

Police are investigating the discovery of a body at a park in Papillion.

Police say a park employee mowing, discovered the body in a pond located in the park this morning. They say it's a white man but don't know the age. They think he was in the water for a day or less but it's badly decomposed.

Park goers were stunned.”I saw police come in and I was physically ill. I stared at it. It looked very suspicious,” said Susan Bond.

An autopsy on the body is pending.
