Debbie Staberg is a Firefighter/Paramedic at Station #4
Deb started her career with Lincoln Fire and Rescue on July 21, 1993, and has served as a firefighter, and firefighter/paramedic during her career. She has been stationed at several different stations during her career and has been assigned to Station 4, Engine 4 C shift since April, 1999.
Deb became a firefighter/paramedic on May 20, 1996 and has attended many training programs including, Emergency Response to Terrorism, Hazardous Materials for First Responders, and WMD Medical Specialist.
Firefighter/Paramedic Deb Staberg's has served 10 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Lincoln while working at Lincoln Fire & Rescue. She has excelled both as a firefighter and firefighter/paramedic and is recognized by her peers and supervisors as a role model employee. She is a leader of extra ordinary capability who inspires crew members. Deb is dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community. During here career, she has received Unit Performance Awards, 1000 point club achievement, and Certificate of Commendation.
Deb also participates in the Wellness program, and is an instrumental member of the Minority Recruitment Committee. She has volunteered many hours to attend programs that will educate and raise the level of women in the fire service. She has served as a role model to many young girls at career days and is also active on the LFR NETF-1 task force team. Her position on the team is Medical Specialist. As a result, she was deployed to the DeBruce Gain elevator explosion, and the World Trade Center in New York.
