Charges Dropped Against Former Group Home Resident

Charges were dropped against a former resident of a Lincoln group home, accused of grabbing a 5 year old from his bike, and stabbing him. Fifty-three-year-old Roger Einspar had been charged with kidnapping and second-degree assault. County Attorney Gary Lacey asked for the charges to be dropped.. He says state law requires such action, when a person is found to be incompetent to stand trial. Although charges were dropped, Einspar will stay under state custody..
