Comstock Festival Canceled

3,000 concert fans are sent home after high winds tore down the main stage at Comstock. Organizers say the Christian concert is cancelled for the rest of the weekend. Fortunatley the Custer County Sheriff's Office reports only one injury. High winds collapsed the stage at about 8:30 Saturday night, causing more than $300,000 damage. Organizers say a band and about 40workers had just left the stage when the 70 mile-per-hour winds struck. Michael W. Smith was one of four music groups scheduled to perform today.
