Crash sends two people to hospital

Emergency crews take two people to the hospital after a car vs. motorcycle accident in north Lincoln. Police said both drivers were transported with non-life threatening injuries. The accident happened near Madison and N. 57th Street around 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Neighbors near the accident said they heard a lot of commotion outside, soon after, they saw emergency lights through the window. "It was like a ‘pop, pop, pop, bang, bang, bang.' Then like a screeching noise. Like something was being drug kind of. Like a stopping-screeching sound," David Hookham said. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
