Creighton edges Nebraska, takes season series for second-straight year

Nebraska fell to Creighton Tuesday night, 2-1, to drop the season series for the second-straight year.

The Huskers (22-14) had the go-ahead runner on with two outs in the top of the 9th inning, but Mojo Hagge couldn’t bring him across. The Blue Jays (23-8) win the series in back-to-back years for the first time since the 1992-1993 season.
