Ellis Withdraws From The University Of Nebraska President Race
One of four finalists for The University of Nebraska President's position, withdrew from consideration today. Admiral James Ellis announced Wednesday that he was pulling his name from consideration. One regent who supported him says he's thinking about starting all over now that Ellis has pulled out. The others still left in the running are Kim Robak, J. B Milliken and Peter Hoff. Ellis did not give a reason for his decision, and declined to answer questions. Regent Kent Schroeder says he hopes that with ellis out of the running the board can reach a consensus on someone else. The board is scheduled to meet again may 28th.
