Monday kicked off the ‘Lincoln Startup Week’.
It’s an event in the Capital City meant to help people to learn and create.

Day one of startup week took place  at the Nebraska Innovation Campus. People of all ages could tour the space, meet other innovators, and look at finished design projects.

At the DIY studio students and community members have access to 3D printers, laser cutters, and pottery wheels. It’s an open space to learn and create.

"Most people are making stuff for fun. But otherwise learning through making; collaboration," says Brett Kennedy, director at Nebraska Innovation Studio.

The Innovation Studio holds daily tours and weekly classes. If you missed today, there will be other startup week activities throughout the city.
