Radon comes in through the cracks in the floor and foundation, utility lines, sewer lines, and/or utility trenches.

There are no “safe” radon levels. The EPA says that if a home has a radon level of 4 picocuries per liter (pCi/L) or higher, it should be fixed; even though every level has some risk. Our goal is to make the radon level as low as possible.
  • How does a radon mitigation process work?
