Tenants of a North Lincoln apartment building were evacuated after a fire broke out early Wednesday morning.

It started on the second floor.  Lincoln Chief Fire Inspector Bill Moody says the fire has been determined as arson.

Fire officials say a Lincoln police officer was driving by the complex near 44th and Huntington and noticed the fire.  Firefighters could see flames when they arrived.. however, the fire was quickly contained to one apartment.

No one was injured in the fire, and no arrests have been made.
