The Cornhusker Kiwanis Club was busy flipping pancakes and grilling sausages this morning.

It's all a part of the annual Kiwanis fundraiser that raises money for kids, from reading programs to bicycle safety.

Lucky for all those children, the club even set a record today…serving more than 1,000 people!

Cornhusker Kiwanis member Roger Henrichson says, “we have a motto of “changing the world one child at a time,” and here trying to change it one pancake at a time.”

And what's a great fundraiser with out some celebrity help?  Club member and our very own Rod Fowler was on hand helping to reach that record today by pouring and flipping flapjacks for all you that came out to support them.
