Graduates prepare to enter workforce

Saturday was a day of achievements and academics for students throughout the city as many schools celebrated graduation today.

One of those was Bryan LGH College of Health Sciences in Lincoln.

Gina Cohel says it's been a hard and long road to receive her bachelor's degree in nursing but now that she has it, she's excited to begin her career.  “There is a shortage in healthcare professionals.  I really feel like we have an opportunity to choose where we want to work and move around a lot and try different things.  I think it's very exciting.”

Bryan LGH College of Health Sciences had 56 graduates that got their associate's, bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing.
