Grand Island Teenager Arrested
A Grand Island teenager has been charged in Hall County Court after pepper spraying two school principals. Grand Island police say George Millan and a friend went to the school office to check on the attendance of his brother. They were denied the information.
The 18-year-old was taken by the school principals and apparently became unruly. He then pepper-sprayed the two principals. Charges against Millan include attempted assault and terroristic threats.
