A family of seven from Sudan is getting closer to being able to enjoy their new home in Lincoln.

On Thursday, Habitat for Humanity moved the house, built by St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, to a site near 70th and Morrill Ave., where it will be put on a foundation. Two homes next to it are also being built by Habitat for Humanity.

Habitat for Humanity says 150 volunteers from the congregation worked on it, and the house was built quickly.
