House fire forces residents out for the night

Fire crews were called to a house fire in Northwest Lincoln Monday night.

It happened near Airpark, north of 48th and Holdrege.

Officials think it started on the outside of the house and spread.  Crews were able to put it out in 30 minutes.

One person was home at the time and wasn’t hurt.

Residents living in the house won’t be able to stay there tonight.

There is no word on a the cause or damage estimates at this time.
