Huskers Fall in 12 Innings to Northwestern

The Nebraska baseball team saw its five game winning streak come to an end Friday night in Lincoln. The Huskers lost to Northwestern 2-1 in 12 innings. The Huskers had won six straight Big Ten games prior to Friday. Christian DeLeon went nine innings and allowed six hits and one run. The two teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday starting at 12:05.
