Husker Football Players Face Assault Charges
Court dates have now been set for two Nebraska football players who were cited in an incident earlier this month. Nebraska Offensive Lineman Richie Incognito faces three misdemeanor assault charges stemming from an alleged altercation at a February seventh party in Lincoln. Redshirt Freshman Fullback Grant Miller has also been charged with one count of assault for an incident at the same party. Both players will be arraigned March 11th in Lancaster County Court. Each count is punishable by a fine of between 200 and 500 dollars and a jail sentence of up to six months, or both.
