Ice cream truck driver cited for marijuana

An ice cream truck driver is caught with more than his sweet desserts.
Authorities say an ice cream man was pulled over Tuesday April 8 for failing to signal near North Antelope Parkway and Q streets. When the officer approached the truck, they smelled marijuana.
Officials say a pipe was found inside the truck.
The driver was cited and released for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and failure to signal.
