Incognito’s Trial Expected To Wrap Up

The trial of husker offensive lineman Richie Incognito is expected to finish May 4th. Yesterday, he was in court, facing three assault charges. However, the prosecution ended up dropping the third charge because of a lack of evidence and because the alleged victim didn't show up to testify. But the sophomore, who you see here in game footage, is still charged with two counts of assault for allegedly hitting two people at a party here in Lincoln on February 7th. One of the alleged victims testified that he was waiting to use the bathroom in the apartment where the party was taking place. He says Incognito got into an argument with another person, when Incognito turned on him and started hitting him.
