Investigation Continues In North Lincoln Murder
Lincoln police are still trying to figure out, who murdered a 26 year-old mother of two, in her own home. She was killed Tuesday afternoon, and there are still no suspects in the case. Police say Aurora Murillo was found dead in her mobile home at Gas Light Village in North Lincoln. Police say her 11 year-old cousin found her around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon. Authorities are now confirming that Murillo died from a stab wound. Her two children were in the home when she was found but they were sleeping at the time and were not hurt. Police tell Channel Eight Eyewitness News that the victim lived with her husband, father, and another relative. However, police believe they were not involved in the murder.
